Our consignment terms
• Ownership: You retain full legal ownership of all consigned items until an item is sold and payment clears. • Eligible Items: We accept graded slabs (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC), factory-sealed wax, and high-value raw singles (sports & TCG) with an estimated market value of $20+ per card. Low-end bulk, unauthenticated autos, and heavily damaged raw cards are not accepted. • Listing & Pricing: Cards are professionally cataloged, high-resolution imaged, and listed across our direct storefront and synced marketplace channels. Items are priced dynamically based on verified recent market sales comps. • Commission & Fees: Our standard consignment fee is 12% per sale, subject to a $2.50 minimum fee per sold card. No upfront intake, photography, or listing fees. • Payouts: Payout balances are distributed within 7 business days following completed delivery and cleared buyer payment. Payouts are issued via PayPal, Zelle, or ACH transfer. • Unsold Items & Withdrawal: Items must remain listed for a minimum of 30 days. After 30 days, consignors may request the return of any unsold inventory; consignor is responsible for return insured shipping.
How it works
1. Submit Your Application: Create an account and submit your consignment request below with a brief summary or list of your cards and slabs. 2. Review & Valuation: We review your submission within 24–48 hours, confirm eligibility, and send your shipping intake instructions. 3. Ship or Drop Off: Safely package and ship your cards with tracking to our Reno, NV vault (or arrange local drop-off). 4. Intake & Listing: We inspect, catalog, photograph, and publish your items across our storefront and connected marketplace networks. 5. Track & Get Paid: Monitor active listings and completed sales straight from your customer dashboard. Payouts are sent automatically within 7 days of cleared sale.
